We are a charitable organization dedicated to humanitarian aid, development, and advocacy for the Somali people.

Our Purpose

Al-Minhaaj Foundation is a charitable and voluntary development foundation committed to making a positive impact in Somalia. As an independent legal entity, we focus our efforts on humanitarian aid, community development, and advocacy for those in need.

Rooted in Islamic principles that emphasize cooperation and solidarity, our organization was founded in 2011 by a group of compassionate and knowledgeable individuals. We recognized the urgent needs of the Somali people and established Al-Minhaaj Foundation to provide support and relief to the poor and needy across the country. Al-Minhaaj Foundation is officially registered with the relevant departments in Somalia.

    Al-Minhaaj Foundation is committed to:
    Improving living conditions for low-income people through sustainable development projects.
    Providing urgent relief to those affected by disasters and floods, and assisting individuals with special needs.  
    Caring for and rehabilitating orphans, street children, and people with special needs.  
    Supporting widows and needy families, and empowering productive families through project support.  
    Providing relief to the distressed and assistance to victims of hardship.  
    Nurturing children's talents, enhancing social and cultural development, and supporting women's roles in society.  
    Disseminating knowledge and combating ignorance through educational and cultural programs, including establishing schools, building classrooms, and supporting teachers.
